Q: Why is the order price of your products more than the prices shown?

A: The prices shown do not include packing & shipping. This is added on when calculating the total amount. Example: Price $12.97 + $4.00 S&H = Total $16.97

Q: Where is your company based?

A: We are based in the UK but because we are an Internet business we operate worldwide.

Q: I live in the US. How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Usually within 4 business days.

Q: I live outside the US. How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Usually within 7 business days.

Q: Are your products guaranteed?

A: Yes. If your product is faulty in any way just let us know and we'll issue an immediate replacement.

Q: Why did my order show a customs declaration on the package?

A: If you live outside the US we have to declare the value of the raw materials in the package. This is typically the disc, the case and any printed inserts.

Q: How do I become an affiliate and is it free?

A: To become an affiliate and earn 40% commission on sales of all products, simply sign up for a free account with PayDotCom here > Sign Up

Q: How do I promote my affiliate link?

A: You can promote your link on a website, in your blog, on any social networking website or in an email. All sales are tracked through your unique link.

Q: Will I receive commission payments if someone signs up as a reseller?

A: No. Our affiliate program is concerned with our DVD product range only.

Q: When will I get paid any commissions that are due to me?

A: Commissions are paid after 30 days from the date of the sale. This is to allow for any possible refunds.

Reseller Questions

Q: If I buy a reseller license do I own the product?

A: No. You will own the rights to reproduce and resell the product at any price, and you can keep all the profits. You only pay us once for the license.

Q: Can I buy more than one reseller license?

A: Yes. There are no restrictions on the number of licenses you can purchase.

Q: How do I order a reseller license?

A: Go to our reseller page here, and choose your product. Each product has a reference number so they can be easily identified.

Q: How soon after I order my reseller license can I start selling?

A: Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive your product license and an information pack. Your master product will then be shipped to you, and you should receive this within 7 business days.

Q: Do you offer any support for resellers?

A: Yes. We will direct you to the same duplication and fulfilment service we use, and If you have any questions you can contact us on our dedicated support email.
